About the location
Three floors of colour & light.
My home is a three-storey Victorian terrace in East London, around 1,680 sq ft. Every room has its own look, so you can get a lot of variety from one booking without moving location.

If you only need one or two rooms (a bedroom, bathroom or the lounge) and you're working with a small team, tell us what you need and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

House rules
Good to know before you book.
Flexible styling
You're welcome to rearrange furniture and style the space to suit your shoot, with prior approval. We simply ask that you photograph the original setup and return everything to its place afterwards.
Booking hours
Please include setup and pack-down within your booked time. A 15-minute grace period applies before overtime charges begin.
Respecting the space
As this is our home, we ask that all areas are treated with care. Please report any accidental damage and leave the property as you found it.
Parking & transport
Visitor parking permits can be arranged in advance for £8 per vehicle per day. Vehicle registration numbers are required. For anyone travelling by public transport, the nearest stations are:
- Leyton Midland Road: 12–13 minutes' walk
- Leytonstone (Central Line): 15–16 minutes' walk, or take the W19, W15 or W12 bus from Stop A to Clare Road
- Wood Street: 15–16 minutes' walk

Overtime & cancellations
There's a 15-minute grace period at the end of every booking. After that, overtime is charged at 1.2× the standard hourly rate (£120/hr). Cancellation terms are shared when you book.
